Mildred Elley, a private, multi-campus institution, is seeking day, evening, and weekend adjunct instructors for the Medical Assisting Program at its Albany, NY campus. We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic instructors to teach both Administrative and Clinical courses in our Medical Assisting Program. The primary responsibility will involve teaching MA courses. Applicants will also be expected to provide tutoring to students, assist the Department Chair, and participate in Department training. Hours will vary based on student needs.

• Certificate or Degree in Medical Assisting


• National certification in Medical Assisting (AAMA, CCMA, or RMA)


• At least three years of experience in Allied Health, preferably Medical Assisting


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Prior teaching experience is preferred

Compensation:

Commensurate based on experience
